Abdominal Flab Reduction Tips……

All of us feel really demoralized when we see a fit person with a perfect physique but we do not have the same physique and fitness. The first thing that happens when you start putting on weight is that your abdominal flab starts getting visible.

Proper Posture

Proper posture can do wonders for the way your stomach looks. Always stand straight with your shoulders back and your abdomen and buttocks tucked in.

Pulling In Abdominal Muscles

Take a deep breath from the diaphragm. Pull in your abdominal muscles and hold for few seconds. Make this exercise a routine. You can do it anytime like brushing your teeth, sitting at your office desk, while you are stuck in the traffic in your car or when you are waiting for a bus, train or a friend. Do not strain very hard while pulling as this might tear your muscles.

Cycling Exercise

Riding a bicycle is also a good exercise for reducing the abdominal flab. But if you do not wish to cycle outside then you can simply do the cycle exercise. Lie on your back. Put your hands beneath your buttocks and bend both knees upto your chest. Extend one leg straight up towards the ceiling and bend it with a pedaling motion extending the other. Repeat 10 times.

Raising Hands and Legs

Lie on your back. Inhale and then, as you exhale, slowly curl your head and shoulders upwards and slide your hands up your thighs towards your knees. Raise your legs as well. Inhale and then exhale while uncurling down to a resting position. Repeat 10 times.

Note :- Do not attempt this exercise if you suffer from back pain. Consult your doctor about the exercises that will strengthen your abdominal muscles without damaging your back.

So friends, do not worry about your abdominal flab. Just make a habit of following the above exercises on regular basis and you will definitely see the positive result.
