Remove ring stains from wooden furniture by rubbing a paste of equal parts olive oil and salt gently over the mark with your finger. Wipe it off with a dry cloth after 2 hours. Re-wax if necessary.
Before boiling a saucepan of water for cooking pasta or any other items, add a little olive oil. This will act as an overflow inhibitor.
Dry Hair Repair
Heat enough oil in a cup over hot water and then apply it liberally to your hair. Cover with a plastic bath cap, wrap in hot towel and leave for 30 to 40 minutes. Then shampoo as normal and rinse thoroughly.
So people, pick up a bottle of olive oil from your nearest store the next time you need to treat any of the above issues. 😀
